federal and state courts, with
an emphasis on business
litigation. A native of Albany,

in employment claims, and insureds in personal injury
lawsuits. He is actively
involved with his three children
and has helped foster their
academic achievements. He has
served as a Dixie League
Baseball Coach and has been on
the Board of Directors of the
Albany/Dougherty YMCA, where he
coached basketball and soccer.
Born in 1952, Don is a graduate
of the Georgia Institute of
Technology, earning his Bachelor
of Science degree in Applied
Mathematics summa cum laude in
1974. While there, he was a
member of Phi Eta Sigma, Pi Mu
Epsilon, and Phi Kappa Phi. He
earned his law degree from the
University of Georgia School of
Law, graduating cum laude in
1976. Don was admitted to the
Georgia Bar in 1976 and is

State Courts of Georgia, the U.
S. District Court, Middle and
Northern Districts of Georgia,
