Nathan
C. Levy
Focusing on workers'
compensation and insurance
defense, Nathan understands the
value of resolving such claims
in a speedy fashion without
sacrificing the quality of his
client's defense. Nathan is
recognized by his peers as a
leader in the workers'
compensation field and has
co-chaired the Annual Workers'
Compensation Institute for the
State Bar. He also specializes
in social security claims and
real estate litigation. Nathan
has served as president of
Albany's local chapter of the
Auburn Alumni Association. He
and his wife, Shelby, have two
sons, Nate and Will.
A native of Auburn, Alabama,
Nathan was born in 1971. He
earned his Bachelor of Arts
degree from Auburn University in
1994 and his Juris Doctorate
degree from the Cumberland
School of Law of Samford
University in 1997. He was
admitted to the Alabama Bar in
1997 and the Georgia Bar in
1998. He is a member of Omicron
Delta Kappa, Order of Omega, Phi
Alpha Theta, Pi Sigma Alpha, Pi
Lambda Sigma and Mortar Board.
Nathan is also a member of the
Dougherty Circuit Bar
Association, State Bar of
Alabama and State Bar of
Georgia. In addition, Nathan is
a Special Assistant Attorney
General who defends workers'
compensation claims on behalf of
Georgia's Attorney General.
