for property transfers and
estate/trust administration. He
also specializes in appraising
closely held business interests.
Glenn advises clients on complex
accounting and finance issues,
yet his conversational approach
enables him to explain such
issues in simple and
understandable terms. In
addition, Glenn handles divorce
and custody matters in a manner
that encourages practical and
cost-effective solutions. Glenn
and his wife, Debbie, enjoy
listening to jazz music, cooking
creole and cajun food, and
camping with their children.
From New Orleans, Louisiana,
Glenn was born in 1957 and has
lived in Albany since 1993. He
is a 1979 and 1982 graduate of
Southeastern Louisiana
University with a B.A. in
Marketing and an M.B.A. in
Accounting. Glenn earned his
1991 Juris Doctorate from Mercer
University and his 1992 Master
of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from
the University of Florida
College of Law.
A member of the Georgia Bar
since 1992, Glenn is admitted to
practice in the U.S. Tax Court,
the U.S. District Court for the
Middle District of Georgia, the
Georgia Court of Appeals, and
the Georgia Supreme Court. He is
also a member of the Dougherty
Circuit Bar Association. Glenn
is a Certified Public Accountant
(Georgia), holds a Certified
Business Appraiser (CBA)
designation from the Institute
of Business Appraisers, Inc.,
and an Accredited in Business
Valuation (ABV) designation from
the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants. He
is a member of the Georgia
Society of Certified Public
Accountants, Inc., and the
American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants. Glenn is
involved with the Albany Area
Estate Planning Council, the Lee
County Chamber of Commerce and
St. Teresa's Catholic Church.
