C. Todd Ross

Todd defends a variety of businesses and government entities in workers' compensation and general litigation claims, including premises liability cases. He understands the nuances involved in representing self-insured clients or those with high retention policies. Todd has extensive experience trying claims before the State Board of Workers' Compensation. He and his wife, Amy, have two sons and a daughter and are very active at First Baptist Church of Albany.

Todd is a native of Dothan, Alabama and was born in 1969. He attended the University of Georgia and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1994. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Mercer University in 1997. While at Mercer, Todd was active in Moot Court and he was selected as Best Oral Advocate in the first year Hugh Lawson Memorial Moot Court Competition in 1995. During his second year of law school, he was selected as Best Oral Advocate at Georgia's Intrastate Moot Court Competition in 1996. Upon graduation from law school, Todd was inducted into the Order of the Barristers. He was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1997. Todd is also a member of the Dougherty Circuit Bar Association and State Bar of Georgia. In addition, Todd is a Special Assistant Attorney General who handles workers' compensation issues and litigation on behalf of Georgia's Attorney General.
